The Community providing feedback to CCP is only ONE PART of the equation when it comes to support: CCP needs to provide feedback to US with the outstanding problems we're reporting here, even if it's as simple as, "Thanks, we've got a team working on it" to "Here's the solution to that!" You guys are damn quiet, and having been here through two major expansions and a couple updates, it's obviously a pattern in lack of response to customers. So here's what I'd like to suggest:
CCP needs a web liason to act as a buffer & answer-man between CCP's devs and the community. ISD isn't it, and the ticket system, with it's multi-week wait times isn't it, and having devs hopefully reply to what people are talking about on the forums obviously isn't it, either. So you guys need someone who's sole responsibility is to respond both individually and en masse to the community here; someone with authority AT CCP (manager-level, so the position isn't a joke to the devs) to ask for straight answers from the devs & teams and get straight answers, and who has the authority to give those straight answers to us, the paying community.
Huge companies have people devoted to responding to complaints on web sites and even in Twitter, people with the authority to get to someone internal for an answer, and then that answer is given. Nothing like that exists here. You guys may take in the feedback wonderfully, but a) there's no feedback FROM you on issues, and b) we, the paying community, have no idea what, if anything, is being done by you, CCP, about the issues. Even if times are tight and you don't want to pay someone to do the job for your international company, you still need someone with respected authority inside the company to respond to us, the paying customers.
Something's broken, and it needs to be fixed.

As for the game, Graphics are nauseating and are very terrible
I have a black box following me around on my merlin, and messing with the options for a bit, it goes way.
I have a red globe on the screen showing up on the station in amo vii.
To sum it up I have graphical bugs up the ying yang. Nothing I did fixed the problem in the options window
And Now I can't play eve without feeling ill.
